Which plan should I choose?

Starter is best for trying LiveDrop on a single wedding, party, or meetup. Go fits small events that need more active events and photo capacity. Pro is for recurring teams that want branding, team roles, and analytics. Studio is for agencies and studios running high-volume client events with unlimited events and priority support.

What do I need to make LiveDrop work?

You need a LiveDrop account, a stable internet connection, and a screen for the live photo wall — a projector, TV, or laptop works well. Share the guest QR code so attendees can upload from their phones. No special hardware or on-site server is required.

Do I or my guests need to download an app for it to work?

No. LiveDrop runs in the browser. Guests scan your event QR code and upload photos directly from their phone camera. Hosts manage everything from the web dashboard. You can optionally install LiveDrop as a PWA on supported devices, but it is not required.

Can I create (or purchase) an event before my event starts?

Yes. Create your event in the dashboard whenever you are ready, customize branding, and download the QR code ahead of time. You can also upgrade your plan before the event day — your subscription applies to your account immediately after payment.

When is an event considered to be "active"?

An event counts as active while its status is turned on in your dashboard. Active events count toward your plan limit. When an event is over, deactivate it to free up a slot for your next one without deleting photos or settings.

What if an inappropriate photo is shared?

You stay in control. Hide any photo instantly from the moderation panel so it disappears from the live wall. Turn on approval mode to review uploads before they go live, or enable AI moderation to flag risky content automatically.
