Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LiveDrop handles account data, event photos, guest uploads, analytics, billing-related information, and service communications for our real-time event photo sharing platform.

1. Who we are

LiveDrop provides a commercial SaaS platform for creating event photo walls, QR guest uploads, moderated galleries, exports, and related host tools.

For privacy questions, data requests, or account support, contact us at ultrav0229@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated when you use the service, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure LiveDrop.

  • Account information such as email address, authentication identifiers, and profile or team details.
  • Event information such as event names, slugs, settings, branding, collaborator roles, moderation choices, and gallery configuration.
  • Guest and upload information such as photos, file metadata, timestamps, captions, comments, likes, visibility status, and event participation data.
  • Technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, log data, error reports, cookies or similar storage, and usage analytics.
  • Commercial information such as plan selection, entitlement status, invoices, billing contact details, and payment processor records when paid plans are enabled.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, improve, and commercialize LiveDrop.

  • Create and manage accounts, events, live galleries, uploads, moderation, exports, and support requests.
  • Authenticate users, prevent abuse, monitor service reliability, debug errors, and protect the integrity of the platform.
  • Process subscriptions, enforce plan limits, manage entitlements, and provide billing or account notices.
  • Send service messages such as login, confirmation, password reset, security, product, and operational communications.
  • Analyze aggregate usage to improve features, performance, onboarding, pricing, and customer experience.

4. Photos and event content

Hosts control the events they create and are responsible for telling guests how event photos and related content will be used. Guests should only upload photos they have the right to share.

Event photos may be displayed in live galleries, dashboards, downloads, exports, permanent galleries, or other features selected by the host. Hosts can moderate visibility, but LiveDrop may remove content that appears unlawful, abusive, infringing, unsafe, or harmful to the service.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate LiveDrop, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete business transactions.

  • Infrastructure, database, authentication, storage, hosting, analytics, email, support, and payment providers.
  • Event hosts, collaborators, and guests according to the event settings and the features they use.
  • Authorities, courts, or third parties when required by law or when necessary to protect LiveDrop, users, or the public.
  • Successors or advisors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

6. International processing

LiveDrop and our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Privacy laws may differ by jurisdiction, but we use reasonable safeguards for transfers and processing where required.

7. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain backups, and support legitimate business needs.

Hosts can delete events or content where product features allow. Some information may remain in backups, logs, billing records, or security records for a limited period.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No internet service is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping account credentials safe and for promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with a privacy authority.

To make a request, email ultrav0229@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

10. Children

LiveDrop is not intended for children under 13, or a higher age where local law requires parental consent. Hosts are responsible for using LiveDrop appropriately at events involving minors and for obtaining required permissions.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as LiveDrop evolves. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the effective date, posting a notice, or sending a service message.
