Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to LiveDrop, including event creation, QR guest uploads, live galleries, moderation, downloads, subscriptions, and related SaaS features.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using LiveDrop, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you use LiveDrop on behalf of a business, organization, venue, agency, or event host, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use LiveDrop.

2. The service

LiveDrop is a commercial SaaS platform for creating event photo sharing experiences, including QR upload pages, live photo walls, host dashboards, moderation tools, exports, collaboration features, branding, analytics, and plan-based limits.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Some features may be beta, experimental, or available only on certain plans.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for your account, credentials, collaborators, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.

Guests may access event upload experiences without creating a traditional host account. Hosts are responsible for event access settings, QR code distribution, and the guests they invite.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and plan limits

Paid plans, usage limits, renewals, taxes, trials, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are governed by the plan terms shown at purchase or in the product. Fees are due as described at checkout or in your invoice.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by LiveDrop. We may suspend or limit access if payment fails, usage exceeds plan limits, or an account creates operational or security risk.

5. User content and permissions

You retain ownership of photos, captions, comments, branding, and other content you upload or submit to LiveDrop. You grant LiveDrop a limited license to host, store, process, display, transmit, resize, moderate, analyze, and export that content as needed to provide and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, share, display, and process event content, including permissions from photographers, guests, venues, clients, or people appearing in photos where required.

6. Host responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for configuring events, moderating content, informing guests about how photos will be used, obtaining consents where needed, and complying with applicable privacy, publicity, intellectual property, consumer protection, and event rules.

If you run events for clients, you are responsible for your client commitments, deliverables, retention promises, permissions, and any separate terms you offer to them.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse LiveDrop or help anyone else misuse it.

  • Do not upload unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, exploitative, sexually explicit, violent, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
  • Do not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or contractual rights.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, plan limits, rate limits, security controls, moderation, or access restrictions.
  • Do not introduce malware, scrape at scale, overload infrastructure, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or interfere with service availability.
  • Do not use LiveDrop to collect sensitive personal information unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.

8. Intellectual property

LiveDrop, including its software, interface, branding, workflows, documentation, and platform content, is owned by LiveDrop or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of LiveDrop. You receive only the limited right to use the service according to these Terms and your plan.

9. Third-party services

LiveDrop may rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, email, payments, and other operations. Your use of third-party integrations or payment flows may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we choose providers to support the reliability and security of LiveDrop.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using LiveDrop at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way that may cause legal or operational harm.

After termination, we may delete or retain information according to our Privacy Policy, product settings, backups, legal obligations, and legitimate business needs.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

LiveDrop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free galleries, permanent availability of uploaded content, or that the service will meet every event requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveDrop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, event disruption, or reputational harm.
